Standard Storage Duration
Bspec stores prospect and campaign data for an appropriate period necessary to execute targeted marketing communications. By default, the maximum storage duration for prospect data is 2 years post-use.
Client Deletion Requests
Clients maintain full control over their campaign data. The removal of specific data records, or the deletion of all campaign data entirely, may be executed at any time upon a written request from the Client.
Post-Termination Data Handling
Upon the termination of a Client’s active services, Bspec will maintain the client’s campaign configurations and prospecting campaign data in a secure, non-billable “Pause” state for a period of 6 months post-termination. If services are not restarted within this 6-month period, all data may be securely deleted without further notice.
